This morning during Nintendo's E3 2018 conference, the company revealed all the veterans for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. That's right. Everybody!

Returning characters like Solid Snake, Ice Climbers, Young Link, Pichu, Wolf, and the entire roster from Super Smash Bros. 4 have come back. Even the Pokemon Trainer with Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard are back.

The DLC fighters from Smash 4 are also included. Ryu, Cloud, Bayonetta, Roy, Lucas, Mewtwo, and Corrin. Third party characters like Mega Man, Pac-Man, and Sonic will also be returning.

The art style is completely different. Every character appears to have had minor adjustments made to their movesets, taunts, final smashes, or appearance.

Daisy has been revealed as an "Echo Fighter" of Princess Peach. Like Lucina, Dark Pit, and Dr. Mario, her moveset is similar but has different properties.

Ridley has also been announced as a playable fighter. So far, there are a total of 65 characters announced for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! This means that this will be the largest Smash Bros. roster to date.

As mentioned earlier, many fighters have received some very interesting changes. Link's bombs are now remote detonated.

During 1v1 battles, Ryu will always face the opponent. This will prevent accidental inputs.

Samus has now finally been gifted with the ability to charge her projectile while airborne. Previously, she was only able to perform this feat on the ground.

The Dancing Blade special move for Marth, Roy, and Lucina are much faster this time around. The inputs required for pulling these attacks off are also much easier. Marth is now voiced in English.

Charizard appears to have been incorporated back into Pokemon Trainer's moveset. All three of the Pokemon no longer get tired too.

Switching between each sub character is now dramatically faster and can be done while in the air too. Players can now also choose the female version of the character

Captain Falcon's Falcon Punch now creates a dramatic slowdown effect upon contact. It's epic looking.

Robin now has a meter system that clearly shows how many uses her attacks have. This includes the sword and tomes.

It is now easier to see what item the Villager has in his pocket. An icon appears next to his character portrait.

Shulk no longer requires repeated button presses to switch between Monados. After pressing the special button, simply press the control stick in the corresponding direction.

Ganondorf... finally makes use of his sword! His forward smash now causes him to swing his sword downward upon opponents.

The team behind Super Smash Bros. Ultimate are apparently hoping to make Mii Fighters available for online play this time around. In Super Smash Bros. 4, they could not be selected in For Glory or For Fun modes.

All the game's final smashes are now easier to use and get straight to the punch!

In this game, assist trophies can be KOed for points. Speaking of Assist trophies, Bomberman has been added as one which appears to deconfirm his chances as a playable character.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will feature directional air dodging. This comes back from Melee which allowed Wavedashing. It is currently unknown if this advanced technique will return.

Other features include Omega stages, Battlefield versions of stages, short hop attacks, smash attacks with A + B, perfect shield, damage is increased for 1v1 battles, 8 player smash, and it is compatible with GameCube controllers. The game will be releasing on December 7th, 2018.

There will be over 50 assist trophies and a massive number of stages.
