We got the final attendance numbers for EVO 2018 a little over a week ago and observed that Dragon Ball FighterZ overtook even Street Fighter 5 in terms of entrants.

Earlier today the final brackets were released and so we could see just how many people entered more than one game. A Twitter user by the name of PG|PracticalTAS has crunched the numbers and his results are quite intriguing.

While Dragon Ball does have the most entrants it's actually third in terms of unique entrants, that is, people who are attending only to play DBFZ. It turns out Super Smash Bros. Melee and Street Fighter 5 are the number two and number one draws respectively as far as players making the trip out for just a single title.

A total of 49.8% of the competitors in the SF5 brackets are not competing in any other game on the lineup while about 29% of DBFZ's players will be at EVO strictly for DBFZ.

Melee boasts 66.5% unique entrants, 48.2% for Tekken 7, 56.4% for Smash Bros. Wii-U, 22.8% for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle, 22.4% for Guilty Gear and 40.4% for Injustice 2.
