With the recent Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition update that added Cody as Season 3's fourth DLC character Capcom also introduced a new game mode called "Fighting Chance." This system is similar to loot boxes, allowing you to unlock random goodies in exchange for Fight Money.

From new character colors to items that can be used in Street Fighter 5's new and improved Survival Mode, there are some interesting unlockables for players to acquire. The thing most people will want to snag, though, is Cammy's "Cannon Spike" alternate costume.

Considering the fact that alternate outfits in Street Fighter 5 often cost you $3.99, a nice chunk of Fight Money, or take four weeks to unlock, the allure of potentially getting one for only 500 Fight Money (if you get lucky) is real.

If you haven't already scored Cammy's Cannon Spike costume, it's worth mentioning that these special threads won't be available in Fighting Chance forever. The official Street Fighter Twitter account recently let followers know that you'll be able to unlock this costume up until August 14th, then it's gone.

Cammy's Cannon Spike costume is actually derived from a multi-directional shooter arcade game that released back in 2000 by Psikyo called "Cannon Spike." It was released on Sega Dreamcast in 2001 by Capcom.
