Bandai Namco aware of issues with Dragon Ball FighterZ's ring matches

Working tirelessly on a fix, but it may take awhile

Currently, the only way to play someone on a player's friend list (aside from just luck) is to use the "ring match" feature. Those of us who have attempted to do this might already know about the issue that has been ongoing with this method.

While trying to join someone else's ring match, the message "no rooms found" will often come up. This tends to happen even when the ring match lobby is basically empty.

This basically makes it impossible to play a friend. A player's online experience may be limited to just random matches with strangers for the time being.

The good news is that Bandai Namco is already aware of this issue. They announced as much over Twitter.

Apparently they are working tirelessly on a fix. It will certainly be nice to be able to use the ring match feature when it is working properly.

Unfortunately, it still might be a while until the problem is resolved. We'll keep an eye out for additional announcements regarding this error.
