The voice actors for Goku and Vegeta challenged each other to a Dragon Ball FighterZ exhibition... it's happening January 25th

Goku vs. Vegeta... in real life

Goku and Vegeta have locking horns is nothing new to Dragon Ball fans, but in just two weeks' time, we'll see them clash like they never have before.

English voice actors Sean Schemmel (Goku) and Chrisopher Sabat (Vegeta) have been having a bit of a playful spat on Twitter, puffing out chests and comparing virtual Spirit Bomb sizes (I know Vegeta doesn't do the SB).

This led to an eventual call out by Sabat, who challenged Schemmel to an exhibition in the upcoming Dragon Ball FighterZ. The Goku voice actor responded with a comical "yes" and FUNimation went ahead and set up the battle.

January 25th at the Santa Ana eSports Arena (same venue Wednesday Night Fights plays out at every week) we'll see the real life showdown between Goku and Vegeta.

At this point, we don't know which characters each competitor will use, but we're hoping above all that they both ironically use each others'.

Here you'll see the official announcement for the exhibition, but you'll find Sabat's call out and Schemmel's response videos (both of which are treats in their own rights) after the jump.
