Street Fighter 5 Arcade Edition delayed until January 19th for Europe

Unconfirmed if this only applies to the physical version, digital version, or both

Street Fighter 5 Arcade Edition will be releasing on January 16, 2018... at least, for most of the world anyhow. It appears that there will be a bit of a delay for Europe.

According to Capcom Germany, this version of the game will be delayed for Europe. In other words, European fans won't be able to play until January 19th.

This is likely due to the number of languages that are present in Europe. It is a region in the world that requires a lot of translations for game developers.

It is currently unknown if this is only going to be applied to the physical release, the digital release, or both. Once Capcom Germany confirms this information, we will update this story.

Keep in mind that the Arcade Edition update will be free for Street Fighter 5 owners. Once again, we're not sure if this update is also being delayed for Europeans.

Arcade Edition will come with arcade mode, team versus mode, extra battle, new V-Triggers for the entire cast, and more. Buying the physical version of the game will come with codes for both the Season 1 and Season 2 roster.
