Dragon Ball FighterZ bug allows characters to literally fly and... leave the fight entirely

This game just has all the references!

One of the techniques present in the Dragon Ball Z series is the ability to fly. This is sort of present in Dragon Ball FighterZ in the form of super dashes (heavy and special), air dashing, double jumping, and aerial combos.

Still, it doesn't quite replicate the power of flight as seen in the anime and manga. Imagine what the game could be like if the fighters could permanently levitate in the air.

Well, we apparently don't have to visualize this. HiFightTH has posted an interesting clip on Twitter that showcases something that is amazing.

According to HiFight, this sequence occurs if you tech a dragon rush (light and medium) during your landing frames of an aerial backdash. Once the animation is completed, your fighter will helplessly float away.

While this is an ability of the Z Warriors, it does seem to be a bit out of character for Goku to simply leave a battle like this. It's pretty hilarious to see though.

Oh, and it wouldn't make sense for Goku to say "I have to go now. My planet needs me." Planet Vegeta was destroyed a long time ago...
