Daigo expresses himself with Guile's V-Trigger 2 flash kicks in these Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition sets

Definitely looks like Daigo will be sticking with Guile for Season 3

One of the coolest additions of Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition is the new ability to choose between one of two V-Triggers before every match. This allows players to express themselves in a way that was previously not possible.

CYG|Daigo Umehara is widely considered to be one of the greatest Street Fighter players in the world. He had a very respectable 3rd place finish after eliminating FOX|Tokido at EVO Japan 2018.

Due to Ryu's perceived below average tier placement, Daigo appears to be sticking with Guile for Season 3. Rather than enhancing Guiles Sonic Booms with V-Trigger 1, Daigo has thus far chosen to improve his Flash Kicks with V-Trigger 2.

WuahWuahMan has uploaded a video that showcases some of Daigo's recent sets with online opponents. He is a grand master player in terms of the number of points he has accumulated.

He faces off against the following opponents: a grand master M. Bison called GutsBoomPS4, a grand master Rashid known as nipopopopo, and an Ultra Diamond Urien that goes by Boooom. It's somewhat ironic that two of his opponents have "boom" in their name as he plays the master of the Sonic Boom.

Here's a cool combo sequence to get things started. The full video can be found after the jump.
