Capcom Pro Tour 2018 schedule and details expected to drop February 19th, tournament circuit kicks off in March
Final Round and NorCal Regionals are the first two Premier events this year
It feels like it was just yesterday that Capcom's 2017 Pro Tour was coming to its conclusion with the end-of-the-year congregation of the world's best Street Fighter 5 players competing at the Capcom Cup. Now, the 2018 tournament season is right around the corner.
Earlier today, Capcom released the first details about the upcoming Pro Tour. To start, we learned that the tournament circuit will be kicking off in March.
The first two Premier events this year will be Final Round 2018 and NorCal Regionals 2018.
Final Round returns as the Pro Tour's first Premier of the year. The event will take place on March 16th - 18th, at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Not long after that, the Pro Tour heads to California with NorCal Regionals 2018. Competitors will meet up in Sacramento on March 30th - April 1st for a chance at winning the second Premier event on the 2018 tour.
According to Capcom, we can expect full details on this year's Pro Tour in two weeks. On Monday, February 19th, we should be seeing a schedule and information about the circuit go live.
