Ed Boon shares another new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Injustice 2 screenshot and GIF
This time we see a clash
Update: Ed Boon has posted again on Twitter. This time he has provided a GIF that showcases what appears to be Raphael's idle animation.
Earlier: NetherRealm Studios Creative Director Ed Boon is back with another glimpse at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Injustice 2.
Over on Twitter this morning, the Mortal Kombat co-creator shared a new screenshot, this time of Leonardo -- the group's leader.
In the image, we see Leo caught in a clash with Darkseid. This gives us the opportunity to get an up close look at the turtle's face, bandanna, and even his weapon.
Yesterday, we saw two in-game screenshots of the Ninja Turtles: one showing gameplay and the other with what appears to be one of the character's intros. In the latter, Raphael could be seen holding a pizza box with "Toasty" printed on it, a clear nod to the Mortal Kombat series.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles all together count as one character. Their addition to the game will mark the conclusion of Fighter Pack #2, with Atom and Enchantress having joined before them.
We're expecting a trailer for the turtles within the coming weeks, and release day is likely happening sometime this month.
