Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition's Season 4 update came well before anyone expected it to come out before Capcom Cup 2018 had even ended when Kage first appeared on the character select screen for many players.

With the update came the next big balance adjustment for the game going into its fourth competitive year where every member of the cast saw a list of changes along with a number of other universal changes like invincible reversals becoming even more punishable and V-Triggers losing their invincibility during the screen freeze.

Resident fighting game highlight finder and content creator HiFight recently released his own handy graphic detailing how he feels every fighter has generally gotten better or worse overall and with their V-Triggers in Season 4.

Using arrows to indicate their perceived growth or nerfs, HiFight suggests that characters like Ryu, Zangief, Sakura, Falke and Alex were the biggest winners of the balance patch while Guile and Cammy were among the hardest hit in the opposite direction.

Menat and Abigail had their V-Trigger options nerfed pretty heavily in some cases with both of their VT1s becoming three bar activations, but HiFight doesn't believe that will hurt them as much as Cammy's changes.

It's worth noting that this graph is based on opinion and perception, so thoughts may differ between other people or may change over time. You can check out HiFight's full Season 4 chart plus an addendum below — where poor Necalli and Juri barely changed at all.
