Brand new stage spotted for Dragon Ball FighterZ, has special ties to Kid Buu

Sacred World of the Kai is the locale for Goku's final showdown with Majin Buu

While perusing the Dragon Ball FighterZ home page, you may notice a gameplay still featuring a few characters against an all new backdrop.

Though there's been no official announcement, it appears that Sacred World of the Kai will be a playable stage in Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Dragon Ball purists may deem the final battle between Kid Buu and Goku (with some crucial help from Vegeta) as the climax of the series. Said battle happened on, you guessed it, the Sacred World of the Kai.

As such, this area has become an iconic locale in the Dragon Ball universe, and is naturally closely associated with Kid Buu (Majin Buu's purest and most deadly form).

Fans of the series would see Kid Buu as a likely eventual addition to the game's final roster even though Majin Buu is already a playable character. Though technically the same entity, both of these fighters have extremely unique identities via both personality and physical form.

The new stage is actually not mentioned in the Japanese text, (it discusses only how players will be able to call in assists while mid-combo) but here are the images from the DBF page:
