PC modder actually makes Street Fighter 5's Zeku into Strider
Classic Strider for old Zeku, reboot Strider for young Zeku
All of the Striders are called "Strider." I know. But when most people in the FGC hear "Strider," they think of the one pictured above.
When Street Fighter 5 Season 2's final character was unveiled, fans were quick to notice that his younger self resembled popular Capcom character, Strider Hiryu. After seeing the character in action, the community realized that the similarities weren't just visual.
Though Zeku looks and moves like Strider, he's technically not the Strider we all know (as far as I can tell). However, PC modder monkeygigabuster aims to fix that.
Footage of a new mod has been uploaded by PC Best Mods which shows old Zeku after he's been transformed into classic Strider. He retains all of his moves, but now has a glider instead of his kite (during the battle intro), and his sword at his side.
The mod also changes young Zeku into Strider, but this one is modeled after the game's modern reboot.
