Should Crush Counters be removed from the neutral in Street Fighter 5?

Vesper Arcade details some changes he'd like to see in Arcade Edition

We're less than two months away from Street Fighter 5's Arcade Edition update, and talk of what will/should be changed runs rampant through the community.

Vesper Arcade's latest video discusses the power of Crush Counters in the neutral game, and questions whether or not they should remain in SF5 as they are.

Given the game's priority system, (heavies beat mediums beat lights) players are somewhat encouraged to liberally toss out their long-reaching, high priority heavy attacks as they can often get an extremely damaging Crush Counter as a result.

The argument here is that this mechanic is too powerful as it stands right now, and perhaps should be dialed back to make the game more competitive.

Crush Counters could remain as punishes to invincible reversals, thus maintaining high risk factor that comes with performing such moves, but perhaps counter hitting with a heavy button should not grant a CC.

Hear Vesper out in the full video and let us know what you think about this topic, and what you'd like to see in regards to Crush Counters in the next update to Street Fighter 5.
