Being trapped in the Space Stone's Infinity Storm in Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is a drag. You're confined to the small box, in which you cannot tag your partner in, and your opponent can do whatever craziness they want.

While you'll feel pretty helpless inside the Space Stone box, there's more than meets the eye that can be done while stuck there.

Desk has put together a new Marvel Infinite combo video that demonstrates something quite peculiar: apparently, move properties can change while you're stuck inside the box.

What started as a simple mission to come up with combos with the limitation of the Space Storm resulted in this interesting discovery. For example, you'll see things like Nemesis' rocket super gain the ability to cancel into anything on hit or block.

Other moves include Haggar's body slam super becoming much more effective, Thanos getting a new jump loop, and more.

Desk notes that some of these sequences are unique to being trapped in the Space Storm. If you can land these on your opponent when they think they've got the upper hand, you deserve a medal.
