You'll need to PlayStation Plus to play the Fighting EX Layer beta, will only be available to three specific regions for now
Arika releases more info on upcoming beta test
We learned a few days back that we'd be getting a beta for the upcoming (now officially titled) Fighting EX Layer game by Arika.
We learned that the beta would be kicking off on December 11th and running for two weeks, but details beyond that were scarce until earlier today.
Arika dropped more informationin a Facebook post about the particulars of what to expect come December 11th. For starters, you'll only be able to participate this time around if you live in America, Europe or Japan.
American's will gain access right on December 11th, while Japanese and European players will have to wait one more day before they'll be able to follow in suit.
Seeing as the main focus for this beta is to test online connections and experiences, players will have to have PlayStation Plus subscriptions in order to take part. Legacy controllers will not be supported, though the development company is in talks with driver companies to potentially make this happen in the future.
Players attending the PlayStation Experience this December in Anaheim, California will also have a chance to play Fighting EX Layer as the Arika team will be present with their new title there.
