Let's now consider the characters that debuted in Street Fighter 3. Originally, it was planned for there to not be any returning characters so the game's cast is mostly made up of newcomers.

Since then, a lot of these characters have become fan favorites. Despite this, there have been very few opportunities for many of these characters to appear in other games beyond Street Fighter 3.

As of right now, we only have Alex, Urien, and Ibuki in Street Fighter 5. There's still plenty of room for other Street Fighter 3 characters.

There are still many fan favorites that exist like Dudley. He definitely offers a different style from Balrog.

I'd honestly be surprised if I didn't see characters like Oro or Q at the top of the list. Given, the results of previous polls were different than how I expected.
