Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Dragon Ball FighterZ. In it, we get a glimpse of more story mode scenes, as well as a recap of the currently announced characters and battle system.

This trailer is entirely in Japanese, and though we don't have a translation on hand, the video grants us a look at new gameplay and story scenes.

As we know, Dragon Ball FighterZ is a 3v3 team battle game. Players assemble their squad of three by choosing from numerous fan-favorite characters from the series, including Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Android 18, Cell, and more.

The trailer runs through the different game mechanics that players will need to utilize in order to come out victorious. Dragon Rush, for example, is an unblockable move that sends the opponent up into the air, allowing for a follow up combo.

Story mode is gearing up to be a large component of Dragon Ball FighterZ, and while much of it is still shrouded in mystery, we have seen bits and pieces here and there. This trailer shows a bit more of Android 21, the game's villains teaming up, the Supreme Kai, and more.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is due out on January 26th, 2018 in North America. It will follow in Japan on February 1st.
