New 'Fortune Teller' character shown in Ed's Street Fighter 5 story, looks suspiciously like one of the DLC silhouettes

In addition to seeing some of Ed's backstory, we're introduced to an incredibly intriguing character, described only as "Fortune Teller".
As pointed out by X-Kira, this character looks as though she could be the fifth DLC character as per the silhouettes Capcom released in December of last year.
We do have to say that characters in the prologue stories (Ed, Kolin) have changed their physical appearances, so the silhouettes have not always been telling.
