JDCR keeps making comebacks with a giant combo while Fuko La Muerte whiff punishes with a Rage Art - CEO 2017 Tekken 7 highlights

The Tekken 7 tournament at CEO 2017 has now come to an end. We have highlights coming from the top 8 segment of the tournament.

Being that Tekken 7 has a system in place that causes the game to go into slow motion when finishing hit is about to go off, it really does help in highlighting key moments in the game. You know that usually, someone is about to lose when it goes into slow motion (although not always).

Jack-7 certainly made a strong showing in this tournament, especially considering that FOX|Saint ended up winning the whole tournament with him. Five of the six highlights has Jack-7 involved.

But our first highlight showcases Fuko La Muerte's Bob landing his Rage Art against HZRD|Speedkicks's Hwoarang in a combo. It was just enough to bring Speedkicks to a sliver of life remaining.

Before Fuko La Muerte landed this combo, he himself was at a sliver of life remaining left. By this point, a hit for either player would've done the other in.

Leave it to the slow motion to make a comeback even more epic.

FOX|JDCR managed to pull off a pretty impressive comeback himself. A well timed sidestep allowed him to whiff punish Saint with a devastating combo thanks to a Rage Drive.

Fuko La Muerte had a whiff punish of his own against Streamme|Anakin: a raw Rage Art.

Onto the Grand Finals. It's JDCR in losers against the person who sent him there, Saint

JDCR certainly put up quite the fight against Saint. Despite being behind a lot of the time, he was able to close out a number of rounds thanks to his very damaging combo.

Saint ended up being too much, however. Here's the tournament winning exchange.
