'Drunk Swede' puts tournament set on hold to read Daigo's book at DreamHack Summer

If you don't get that Street Fighter 5 thumbs up, you better not jump in to the next tournament match.

Capcom Pro Tour Premier event DreamHack Summer has the Scandinavian Peninsula rocking with fighting game entertainment, but one player in particular stole the spotlight not for his stellar play as much for his comical antics.

Patrik Andersson normally goes by "Patrik" in tournaments, but commentator F-Word identified him on stream as "that drunk Swede" because of his usual state of sobriety while at events.

The Swedish player showed the stream that he's more than happy to bring that light-hearted nature right into a tournament match as he sat down to face off against YBK|Daikoku and his fearsome Birdie.

Having lost the first game Patrik took a moment to head back to the character select screen, not for the sake of changing characters, but rather for some quick reading of CYG|Daigo Umehara's book "The Will to Keep Winning."

Want to see how it worked out for him? We have the end result below.

As you'll notice, Patrik playfully jumps back to the book even between rounds.

Perhaps not the best advertising for Daigo's book in terms of self help, but still a very entertaining addition to the DH stream.
