Kairi, Shirase (Hokuto), Garuda, Skullomania and Darun Mister were all shown in the trailer.

There didn't appear to be an official title for the game shown at the moment, but the words "EX" appeared on screen for a brief moment in time.

Arika stated that "This game will be the newest entry in the EX Series."

It was announced as a PlayStation 4 release, which will happen in 2018 in North America, Europe and Japan. The trailer also teased that the game may be playable on April Fools 2018.

A limited time playable beta/server test will also take place at the end of 2017 on the PS4.
