Wait... was that a glimpse of Street Fighter on VR? Mysterious clip in Ultra Street Fighter 2 trailer is piquing interest
The official announcement trailer was released just this morning, and what we saw in it was pretty standard: gameplay footage, information about the upcoming title, etc.. However, two seconds of video were particularly peculiar.
If you watch closely around the 2:08 mark in the trailer, you'll spot a quick clip of Ryu throwing a fireball from a first-person angle. This footage looks nothing like Ultra Street Fighter 2 and has fans everywhere wondering what it could be.

What this could also be is some sort of special mode included with USF2 that is meant to utilize the Joy Con's motion controls. Nintendo is no stranger to developing games and modes that highlight features of their new consoles.
