Update: This story has been updated with final results.

The King of New York is a round robin tournament featuring some of the best players in the New York area for Street Fighter 5, battling it out in first-to-5 against eachother.

The full league, taking place on Sunday, will have ten players, seven of which we had been determined beforehand, but two of them couldn't make it. The five that could are PIE|Smug, ANBU|Punk, F3|Alucard, OG|Shine and Idom.

The first day is all about players qualifying for the last three spots of tomorrow's main event. You can find the detailed ruleset for the qualifiers on the event's Facebook page.
