Helen's birthday and the Street Fighter X Lupe Fiasco event are incredibly close to one another... coincidence or hint at what's to come?

Just this morning, Capcom spilled the beans on a special event taking place later this month that aims to commemorate the start of the 2017 Pro Tour and Lupe Fiasco's upcoming album. The Street Fighter X Lupe Fiasco launch party is going down on February 15th in San Fransisco, California, and will also be a celebration of Street Fighter 5 Season 2's next DLC character, who is set to drop sometime this month.


Based on the first silhouette from the Season 2 promotional image, many believe the next DLC fighter to be released is Helen. This speculation was only strengthened by the full silhouette discovered on the PS Store.

A Twitter user by the name of thatmeanscene_ spotted something quite interesting in Helen's CFN profile. Apparently, Helen (also known as Kolin) has a February 14th birthday.

With the two dates being so close to one another, it's hard not to think that Capcom planned the reveal purposely.

On the other hand, this could be entirely coincidence. Even if Helen does end up being a part of the Season 2 DLC (which still has yet to be determined), it's possible that we'll see a completely different character revealed this month.

What we do know, though, is that more information on the next Season 2 DLC character is expected to drop next week.
