Here are the 30 fighters we'll be seeing on day one
It's official, folks! Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite's launch roster has been fully revealed.
Earlier today, we witnessed the official debut of Ghost Rider, Dormammu, Firebrand, and Jedah in the new MvCI story trailer. We saw a glimpse of Jedah at during the exhibition between Combofiend and SPY|Filipino Champ at EVO last month, but the other three had only been mentioned on social media.
In the video description of Capcom UK's YouTube upload of the latest trailer, we learn that these final characters round out the launch roster. There will be 30 total fighters on day one.
"More playable characters in MARVEL VS. CAPCOM: INFINITE have been recently confirmed, including Jedah, Dormammu, Firebrand and Ghost Rider. Additional information and gameplay details on these four characters will be available next week, in conjunction with the Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany," the description reads.
"These newly added characters bring the final roster at launch up to 30 characters, with more post launch characters to be revealed in the future."
As it stands right now, we know that both Sigma and Black Panther are being added to the game as DLC. Four more downloadable fighters remain to be revealed.
On day one, fans can look forward to 15 characters from the Marvel side and 15 from Capcom. Let's take a look at the full launch roster.
