A blind Street Fighter 5 player named Sven participated in the Sonic Boom tournament in Spain. He is actually pretty good at the game too.

Despite his impairment, he really seemed to have a good grasp of where his character and his opponent's character were at all times. This is especially important in Street Fighter since the forward facing direction needs to be considered when inputting special attacks.

While utilizing Ken, he was able to beat his opponent in a best of three set. He kept his opponent guessing with his mixups.
