Mika too sexy for ESPN? Fuudo forced to change character costume for EVO finals

The fighting game community passed a new milestone on Sunday as the largest EVO of all time was broadcast live on ESPN2.

We've already heard plenty surrounding R. Mika's appearance in the early days of Street Fighter 5, but the boisterous brawler's physical assets were once again the source of controversy, only this time the party calling her into question was ESPN.

RZR|Fuudo took R. Mika all the way to top eight, (and eventually Grand Finals) at this year's EVO, but was instructed by ESPN representatives to change his character's costume after playing his first match against MOV.

FGC player, journalist and Japanese translator for EVO's top 8 competitors Ryan "Fubarduck" Harvey noted on his Twitter,

"Fun fact: Fuudo was required to use the "Story 1" costume after his first match because the default was deemed too revealing by ESPN."
The first match below is Fuudo's first top 8 match, but as you'll see, his Mika costume changes for all subsequent bouts.
