EVO rules updated to ban two stages in Street Fighter 5, familiarize yourself with the full list of tournament regulations here

It's hard to believe it, but we're less than two weeks away from yet another EVO, and yet again the ongoing tournament looks to blow the previous year's numbers out of the water.


With thousands of bodies moving around the venue at all times, it's probably in everyone's best interest if as many people as possible are up to date with the official tournament rules, which were recently updated.

Street Fighter 5's Kanzuki Family Beach stage has joined the Training stage on the list of banned fighting arenas. Plenty of common questions are easily answered via a quick glance at the rule page. Legacy controllers are a no go, there's to be no coaching beyond pool matches and Cronus Max Plus and Titan One converters are banned.
