HipHopGamer has had a chance to interview Matt Dahlgren at the New York Comic Con about various subjects concerning Street Fighter 5. He has created a video showcasing this interview.

One of the interesting subjects that came up during the interview was the fact that Capcom is apparently paying attention to how some of their competitors are handling the story modes of their own fighting games.

Capcom has apparently decided to change the way that they are handling the story mode of Street Fighter 5. This is interesting to hear considering that previous iterations of Street Fighter games have had somewhat bare-bones story telling.

Among the other subjects that they cover during this interview is character balancing. Zangief is mentioned to be the first character with a 360 command grab that has been added to the game as Zangief is intended to be technical and difficult to play.
