Recent file changes suggest that QLOC, known for SSF4AE's PC port, may have taken over porting duties for Mortal Kombat X

Despite Mortal Kombat X generally being considered a wild success, its PC counterpart has been met with constant criticism. Handled by HVS, the Steam version is currently sitting at "Mixed" reviews according to its store page.

Investigating players noticed new branches added to the files for Mortal Kombat X recently on Steam. Included in these names was the word "qloc". QLOC, with its registered office in Warsaw, is known for handling the PC ports of a variety of Capcom games (including Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition and Street Fighter X Tekken).

Some members of the community are speculating that NRS has parted ways with HVS and brought on QLOC to take over for the PC port in order to improve it. Again, this is only speculation, so the news should be taken with a grain of salt.
