Zangief's EX Banishing Flat knocks down on hit, regular Green Glove sped up, Japanese USF4 trailer unveiled A video from the Street Fighter San Diego Comic-Com 2013 panel was posted, and during the question and answer portion, Combofiend talked about one of the other tweaks they've made to the balance in Ultra Street Fighter 4.


Zangief's EX Banishing Flat (Green Glove) knocks down on hit now, and his regular Banishing Flat has been sped up for combos and such, as it sounds like it's no longer punishable on hit.

Also, at the 17:30 mark you can see the Japanese trailer for Ultra Street Fighter 4, which sounds like it has a new announcer at the end.
