Sequel for Injustice: Gods Among Us 'definitely a possibility' says NetherRealm's Ed Boon
When asked about there potentially being another entry in the franchise, Boon said simply, "Yes, there is definitely a possibility."
This is no where near confirmation that a sequel in the works, but it is nice to know that the door is open.
Injustice: Gods Among Us placed in the top 10 in U.S. sales for three months in a row when it was released back in April of this year, and likely ended up with pretty darn good overall numbers for a fighting game.
After the jump, you can see Boon's post, along with statements on Injustice for the Xbox One, and the fact they're always working on a new game.
