Capcom still cares a lot about Marvel vs. Capcom 3, debunks DLC rumor Some people have taken Capcom's silence on the subject of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 to mean that the company no longer cares about the game. Christian Svensson again visited the Unity Boards to say that wasn't the case and to let fans know they'll see something in the future. He also quickly talked about the status of the PC release of SSF4 AE and dunked a DLC character rumor.

I heard a rumor that on June 30th Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will have DLC characters Frank West, Spider-Woman, MegaMan X and Ms. Marvel, is that true? — Anthony

Svensson: I'm torn on how to respond to this.

On the one hand, I wish I could say something about MvC3. But I shouldn't respond to rumors and speculation and unfortunately, I need to ask for your continued patience.

On the other hand, this is a silly rumor.

I wish the rumor was true. I don't get why Capcom doesn't care anymore about MvC3. — Buffy

Svensson: Oh, don't confuse silence for disinterest. We care very much. You'll see. 8)

Are you finished with development on the PC version of SSF4 AE? — A

Svensson: In manufacturing/being set up with digital distribution partners for final test. It's in good shape.

What do you think Sven might be alluding to here with Marvel vs. Capcom 3? Leave a comment below with your thoughts.
