Pros: .Sets up for his bnb combos in his outlaw variation .used off of his many mix ups (for example forward 1,3 is a high low mix up) Cons: .slow start up at 17 frames for normal and ex version .punishable on block at -15 frames .short range .basically should not just throw out this move and hope to stun, mostly used off hit confirms(the ex version can be viable on wake up since it has armor, if your opponent is pressuring you)
