A 50% combo for Bayonetta from 0 to 50, is to start with heel slide while holding the button down. then, immediately follow up with an up-special, then them twice with Air-side B. This doesn't work on all characters, but, sometimes if the opponent is high enough above you, double jump then immediately press up special for another Witch Twist. If it hits them, you can immediately follow up with an F-air combo, and in the end it usually ends up with 50%. I've tested it a few times, it doesn't work all the time, however it might work more against lighter fighters.

A kill combo that kills light weights at 5 percent! (NOT TRUE)
D-Tilt, Short Hop Fair, Up-B, Side-B, Up-B, Side-B, U-Air!

After Patch 1.0.6 Bayonetta has much less combo potential in terms of 0-death. Almost all of her combos can be started either by a held-button Heel Slide or a D-Tilt. From there you can either (usually) follow up with a Witch Twist, and then two After Burner Kicks and a B-Air for easy damage. Alternatively, you can also follow the first After Burner Kick with a Witch Twist (Up-B) as long as your opponent flies up or backwards, which can then follow into the second AB Kick followed finally by an U-Air or B-Air to finish off the combo and kill (most characters) from around 85-110%. Any lower than that they will not die, any higher they won't get hit by the U-Air. From around 0-20%, D-Tilt combos into all three hits of F-air, otherwise you can hit them with the first hit of Fair and combo with two AB kicks or the aforementioned combos. Now a Down-Angled AB kick is more used for escape, and can only combo light characters into a regular AB kick at around 120%, where you can then jump and kill with an Uair. (As a side note, most down tilt combos also work with a sweet-spot u-tilt and sour-spot u-tilt can still combo into an AB kick after a jump.)

A combo you can do is down tilt to short hop forward air into up air into side special into side special into n-air or back air for between 40 and 50 damage. An alt of this is down tilt to short up into two forward airs to up air into side special into side special into n-air or back air. If you mess up and only get one side special in don't worry follow up with a quick drop to catch them on the ground or if you can use a down air for a quick punish but a down air is more risky in my opinion

Bayonetta actually has a 0 to death combo which is down tilt, the first hit of forward air, the hadouken input after burner kick, up b, jump then inmediatly after burner kick, then up b, and finally, a forward air/up air.
its very hard at first but once you get the hang of it it will be easy to do.
I didnt find the combo myself, i dont really know who discovered it first.
Here is a video of the combo in action skip to the minute 1:13 to see it

you can add to this combo with a back air, an up air or a neutral air if your quick enough
