In response to hendrix_goblin, the technique they use is called an "instant air teleport". You do the dp motion of your choice, and right before hitting three punches/kicks, jump forward/backward/straight up. If done right, you will teleport in the air just above the ground. It's good to practice this technique to make it second nature.

Dhalsim's fireball teleport mixup is unblockable.
After watching so many people get hit by raw teleport mixups on stream I decided to investigate his teleport.
In Training Mode, I did a simple Back Throw, Medium Yoga Fire, Teleport mixup and discovered that the opponent would get hit by the mixup if holding Back to block but would also get hit if holding Forward to block!!
Ok, well it's not a true unblockable as I did find one solution.
If the opponent holds Down on wakeup and then quickly moves his joystick to back, he will successfully block the mixup.
I would describe it as a hard-to-blockable.

Frame traps/counter hits
st. Lp and st. Lk are +2 on block
st. Lp is a 3 frame normal and st. Lk is a 4 frame
On counter hit lp you can combo into lp yoga flame.
After counter hit lp you can link b. Mk xx mp yoga flame
Cr. Hp is +3 on block
After a cr. Hp is blocked, you are free to use b. Mk. The only attacks that beat this are invincible 3 frame reversals.
