Cammy's got a couple command normals too: f.HK which is a double knee attack (looks like Leona from King of Fighters' close D) that low crushes and can start combos. b.HP is her cl.MP from SF4 and can be an anti-air and a frametrap/combo tool.

Alot of this will be cammy's very simple BnBs.
She is a great character to start with as her combos are all fairly easy to do and many attacks can link into each other at similar timings.
You can opt to swap out spiral arrow for Cannon Spike if you want more damage but less corner carry.

Cammys Air Cannon Spike combo is probably what defines her. She can combo after it and you can also use hooligan combination to make some tricky mixups against your opponent. However it can be punished if read accordingly especially by 3 frame jab characters so be careful to not over use this.

You can vtrigger cancel alot of cammys other combos these are just examples but they are still optimal. Also, If you run out of Vtrigger you can follow up Spiral Arrows with EX Cannon Spikes.

Although I did not list any here Cammys Hooligan combination is a very powerful tool in this game along with her vskill which can be combo out of if it hits. Make sure to use those as best you can to apply cammys pressure and mix up game.

Seems like she has a target combo when I was playing her.
B.Hp > Hk
pretty solid punish. Even more so if you have your meter full the ncancel into her CA.
The damage is real.

Cammy White

If you’re looking for a character archetype that excels at rush down well...Cammy White is the epitome of offensive, rush-down, or hyper-aggression.

All of her tools will suggest that you play Cammy offensively. She can definitely setup strong frame traps and can easily corner carry her opponents to a corner thanks to her special Spiral Arrow.

However, she can be somewhat moderately difficult to play because many of her effective engagement tools require strict spacing; such as, instant-jump Cannon strike.

+ Pros

Cammy has no problems getting into mid and close range thanks to her specials: Axel Spin Knuckle, Hooligan Combination, and cannon strikes

Cammy is one of the few characters who can link from light-medium attacks and medium-heavy attacks:

[Crouching light into standing back medium punch] or [standing medium punch into heavy punch.]

Cammy has fantastic footsie game: Her crouching medium kick has a far-reach.

Cammy has superb anti-air normals and specials: Cannon Spike are completely invincible but, varying different ranges; her unique attack [back + medium punch] Lift Upper is also a great anti-air, no problems dealing with jump attacks.

Cammy has amazing walk speed (both forward and backward) and it’s is a huge asset to her offensive play.

-Cons

When Cammy performs a throw, she loses valuable offense pressure in mid-screen; it resets the neutral game.

Cammy lacks an overhead attack so, even if she’s up close and personal, you just have to worry about Cammy’s frame traps, baits, or throws; not much of a high-low mix up game.

V-trigger only allows for two usage of enhance special moves. Make it count.

Because she excels on offensive, she can have difficult match ups against very strong defensive characters. Because she’s usually on the offense.

She has the lowest stamina, 900; the lowest out of entire cast

Overall though, I personally would say she’s fairly simple and straight-forward character to play as. The learning curve isn’t too difficult compared to other rush down characters like, Karin or Necali.

My helpful tip for playing Cammy comes from the mindset needed to play as her. There will be plenty of examples of combos and punishes overtime, but these will change as the game evolves; what I will give you is a solid idea of how Cammy should be played. First off, a little knowledge about her.

Cammy White is a character that was introduced in "New Challengers" version of Street Fighter II, become the second female character after Chun-Li. She is a fan favorite and is one of the most well known characters in the universe. She is a former puppet of M.Bison (Dictator) and was codenamed "Killer Bee", she has since become a member of Delta Red and fights against corruption instead of spreading it.

Cammy has been aggressive in every game she has appeared in, not limited to CAPCOM vs SNK 2, Marvel vs Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, and Street Fighter IV. She possess four signature moves that are seen across her character:

Spiral Arrow (Formerly Canon Drill)- Which is good for ending combos and leaving yourself in a good position to pressure them upon wake-up. EX version is also good for punishing fireballs on reaction.

Canon Spike (Formerly Thrust Kick)- Is very good for punishing opponents for jumping in as an anti-air, also the most damaging combo ender special she has.

Hooligan Combination- Very good for punishing an opponent who is throwing out projectiles(EX). Good mix-up between going into Canon Strike, Razor edge (low), and Frankensteiner (grab). Also good for mix-ups after her target combo (connecting the target combo, connecting with a heavy punch and canceled into Hooligan).

Quick Spin Knuckle (Formerly known as "Spinning Back Fist" and is also now her V-Skill). Good for punishing predictable fireball patterns and switching sides on opponent's wake-up.

As a Cammy player you should be aiming to swarm your opponent, especially within Street Fighter V. The official Street Fighter V Character Introduction to Cammy says,"With no fireball or command grab to speak of, Cammy is all about smothering the opponent and fishing for counter hits. Once she finds her way in, she tends to dominate the round quickly".

Cammy has never really been a character that had a strong poke game, but she does excel in going in-and-out of optimum range through her quick walk speed in order to bait an opponent to throwing out a limb as an opportunity to dash closer. She tends to use frame traps when close, fishing for those "counter hits" and using those same frame traps and block strings in order to create an uncomfortable okizeme game after she scores a knock down. Her walk speed can also easily punish whiffed throws by attempting throws multiple times on an opponent to "train them" and then walk backwards and punish their whiff.

Cammy is a character who becomes deadly with momentum. Once you have an opponent on the ropes, do not let up.

Cammy! V-Skill into Critical Art all day every day. Buffer motion while the jump starts, hit kick when it connects, DO NOT hit kick if blocked/whiffed. Wonderful against fireballers.
