Birdie is weird, but in my opinion, the best kind of weird. he's really powerful, has a button-charged anti-air, he's gross, he's over-the-top, he's got a 2-hit command overhead roundhouse, a command fierce shoulder with hyper armor, I mean, come on! His standing medium is special cancellable, reaches far and hits hard. Oh yeah, and his CHAINS! What an untapped resource! Situational chain-whip throws, a jump command throw, a command grab headbutt, and his headbutt dash! And last, but most certainly not least, his crouching fierce 2-press target combo is JACK-6's double hammer fist! I'm sold on Birdie. He's my kind of fighter.
P.S. his Diddy peel and Rolling can distractions are perfect V-Skills for him.
P.P.S. V-Trigger cancelling the first hit of his JACK hammer is money(or should I say 'fire'?).

Birdie is one of if not the strongest character in the game right now. His grapple moves allows him to be the best zoner in the game right in front of FANG. Birdie is not combo heavy like Zangief but you still need a few to help get enemies off you so you can hold that neutral zone. I would recommend watching this video to help with combos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbirH.... This is not my gameplay but someone i found online who had some pretty sick combos and I would also like to thank him in this video for helping me to get better also with birdie.
