Poison's Super Ultra Street Fighter 4 - Thunder Whip

This super is pretty underrated, it does petty high damage and can punish a lot of moves with its 2 frame startup. There are plenty of moves that Poison can use her meter for during a match but having this move ready can turn matches in her favor suddenly. Ultra 2 is the only other move she has that can punish moves that are -2 on block and this offers a much easier to use move for punishing and you don't have to give up the full damage of U1 or U1 all together.
