Juri has several different ways to combo into it, giving her access to damage she would not normally have. Outside of these combos, though, the Ultra is fairly useless; it is very slow with a bad hitbox, making it unsuitable for anti-air purposes and should it whiff or be blocked, you will almost certainly eat a gigantic punish from your opponent.
