Fei long has one of the best focus attacks in the game. He is +5 after level 2 focus on block meaning he can lock down the opponent with the move, and the range of his focus is exceptional. Fei can even level 2 focus crumple back dash and still get a decent punish with his hard rekkas, meaning you can fish for a crumple alot more than most characters in the game.
