Not the best use of meter for Blanka by any means. With that being said, even the most rudimentary combo ending in Super with Blanka will do a big chunk of damage. If it will kill, or leave an insurmountable life lead with the clock ticking, use it. If you have any doubts that Super will it out for you, save the meter for other uses.
