One of the good normals in Blanka's moveset. Cr. HP is relatively fast, has a good range and carries some decent damage and stun. It can be punished hard if used to close or against certain characters that are fully stocked with meter or ultra combo. Cr. HP is super cancel-able, so with certain situations/characters, it may have more applications but stick with it has a good mid range poking tool.
