This move has changed significantly from its UMvC3 version.

First it doesn't OTG.

Second, it has two versions with different ranges and start ups.

For leveling Frank it is only arguably better when being used after an active switch from a multi hitting super, but still and Shot Timer should be dropped first.

I'd say Snapshot is best for halting projectiles (like reality stone) full screen. It is great for that and having an active switch of your own come in and counter attack.

Still learn how to use this for your level up combos, but just know that Shot Timer is the better option for more depth and set ups.
