Kenshi's Variations

Balanced - The Balanced Variation allows Kenshi to string together large kombos for great damage. In this Variation, Kenshi uses his spirit to perform special moves that include an anti-air uppercut sword slice, a three-hit attack that tracks the opponent, and more.
Possessed - The spirits inside of Kenshi's sword escaped after the weapon was broken and now reside inside the warrior himself. The Possessed Variation uses the demons that plague Kenshi in battle to perform demonic versions of his special moves. While Balanced focuses on using long kombo strings to tack on damage, Possessed is all about "chunk damage" -- damaging your opponent with big strikes.
Kenjutsu - The Kenjutsu Variation is also known as Kenshi's sword-master Variation. In it, Kenshi gets access to different telekinetic special moves that are strong short-range punishes.

This goes all characters. When trying to punish attacks, if you use a normal move it will come out 1 frame later because recovery from blocking is 1 frame. So trying to punish a move that is -6 will mean you need an attack with 5 frame startup unless its a special attack. Special attacks start up normally because they are reversals.

Kenshi's standing 1 atk can be used as an anti air option for most jump ins and can be followed up with a combo of your choice. For example his 2,2 combo without 4 at the end can be used as a reset.

Kenshi's blade reflect can even repel low projectiles such as eren black's sand grenade and mileena's low sai atk.
