Average fatal blow.
As the name says, I use this when people need to Chill Out from pressing too many buttons.
Remember just because you can use Fatal Blow doesn't me you should.
If you hit but loss that round you cannot use it anymore.
So if winning seems unlikely you may want to hold onto it.
