Goku blue has a pretty decent mix-up game, with his autocombo going from a neutral to a low to an overhead, making him difficult to predict if he decides to switch from auto combo to regular attack. His fireballback-S is a cross up, but has some start-up so it's relatively easy to react to. His combo game is somewhat lackluster, with most of what he can do requiring lots of meter and timing. His assist is ok, but is mainly only good for spacing, and has low combo potential. Overall, if you can quickly react to what he's doing, you can kill him off pretty easily.
