Updated: Marvel vs. Capcom 3 interview with Seth, T. Bonne & X-23 info

Destructoid caught up with Seth Killian to talk a little Marvel vs. Capcom 3 at the Tokyo Game Show.

Because both of the people on camera are playing the game, it's a bit difficult to catch everything they're saying, but Seth discusses various elements of the new cast members.
Here's some of the interesting things he had to say about Tron Bonne and X-23.

• As you might have guessed, Tron Bonne plays a lot like she did in Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Other than a new Level 3 Super (which I think we got a look at in the Tron Bomme/X-23 reveal trailer from yesterday), she's going to be the same lego torturing hot-bot jockey that you know and love.

• X-23 is going to be something else. She will not be a Wolverine clone, though she does have some "brutal rushdowns", and "some exciting unblockable techniques where if you're able to attack high she's able to assist low." She's also "one of the fastest characters in the game," and though she can "reattach limbs," she wont be using that skill, as severed limbs would push Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 out of the T rating category.

Seth Killian demos some of the newest Marvel vs. Capcom 3 characters

GameSpot has posted a series of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 character overviews hosted by Seth Killian. He runs down how Thor, Viewtiful Joe, Dormammu and Amaterasu play in the upcoming game.

Seth demos Marvel vs. Capcom 3's easy mode, alt. colors available

One of the new features being implemented into Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is an easy mode, which simplifies the control scheme by letting new players do Hyper and special moves by pressing in a specific direction and hitting one button.

Capcom's Seth Killian walks you through this mode in the clip below, and also explains that some alternate colors are now available.
Also, Capcom Japan released a 35 minute clip of MvC3's producer, Ryota Niitsuma, talking about the game. It's in Japanese, without a translation, and shows trailers and gameplay videos you've seen before, so this might not be the most interesting thing you've ever watch. Hit the jump below to view it.

Juicebox's podcast: How to get better at Street Fighter

Juicebox's podcast: How to get better at Street Fighter Juicebox is back with another great podcast over on BLGaming.com. He breaks down the various areas you should look at to improve your play and which goals to set to help you along the way.

If you haven't been tuning into Juicebox's podcast so far, you're missing out, as he offers a very direct breakdown of what to do to get better at Street Fighter without the extra fluff which seems all too common with podcasts.

This week's episode is about 25 minutes long, and includes a nifty inline player.

Site backs up December release for Super Street Fighter 4 arcade

Site backs up December release for Super Street Fighter 4 arcade AndriaSang.com spotted over on AM-net, an arcade information site, that Super Street Fighter 4 will see a December arcade release and the upgrade kit will sell for 1,912,000 yen, or roughly $23,000 USD.

This backs up the rumor that came up in August which stated the same thing, but also went on to add that the arcade version would be receiving a total of six new fighters.

Yang and Yun are the only confirmed fighters for the arcade version right now — but it appears that the December release date is going to hold up — and this would add more weight to the six character rumor.

The Tokyo Game Show is right around the corner, and more information about SSF4 and MvC3 will be coming in soon. Stayed fixed to the front page of EventHubs.com for more news.
