NuckleDu now a free agent as he and Echo Fox part ways

One of North America's top Street Fighter 5 players is now a free agent as Du "NuckleDu" Dang has announced that he is no longer with team Echo Fox.

The news broke via Twitter Thursday afternoon when Du posted some text along with a quick reel for potential sponsors, "As of today, Echo Fox and I will be parting ways. I appreciate their time and I'm proud of what we have accomplished together."

Baraka's teeth must be tougher than steel since he can easily eat the Terminator's robot brain in Mortal Kombat 11

Baraka's brain-eating Fatality was one of the first Fatalities we saw revealed for Mortal Kombat 11, and it remains one of the game's grossest thanks to its twisted visual and sound design along with just how long it goes on for.

NetherRealm Studios has been showing off what their newest character in the Terminator T-800 can do this week, but now they've released a video of what the Tarkatan can do to the machine with his claws and teeth — namely show you what a Terminator's brain looks like.

Jen the Time Force Pink Ranger gets even stronger after latest patch in Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid

Jen Scotts, the Time Force Pink Ranger, was already a formidable fighter before the latest Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid patch took effect. She had a decent combo game, but now it's even better.

New Tekken 7 update released to improve performance and squash bugs from the Season 3 patch

Ever since our first glimpse of Terminator in Mortal Kombat 11, the community has been excitedly asking a lot of questions as to how he'll play, and we got ourselves a lot of answers thanks to the NetherRealm Studios team during today's Kombat Kast.

We learned that Terminator is very much a rushdown character looking to get up close and personal with his opponents so that he can beat them senseless with some good old fashioned clubbing blows and big boots. There's still one more character that we don't know about that's part of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's Fighters Pass that will come after SNK's Terry Bogard. Of course, we also know that DLC outside of this first Fighters Pass is currently in development.

Recently, vice president of Blizzard Entertainment and lead designer for Overwatch, Jeff Kaplan, spoke to IGN regarding the possibility of an Overwatch character joining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's already impressive roster. Needless to say, he appeared to be very on board with the idea.

Earlier: We received our first official look at the Terminator's gameplay earlier today for Mortal Kombat 11. As a result, we now have a basic understanding on how the Terminator will function as a fighter.

The circle of life becomes Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in this hilariously edited nature video

Nature itself in many ways can be viewed like a fighting game where predators are usually among the top tiers and match losers normally don't get the chance to hit the rematch button.

A funny video editor going by the name of Chan recently took that concept and expanded upon it with a hilarious short clip of a frog trying to eat a beetle in the style of Super Smash Bros including the UI, damage percents and even stock respawns.

The King of Fighters All Star launches in the West later this month with rewards for pre-registration

A number of fighting games have made the jump to mobile platforms in recent years including Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and Skullgirls, but there are others that use the shift in platform to take things in a bit of a different direction.

SNK and Netmarble's mobile action RPG The King of Fighters All Star has been available in Japan for some time now, and it will finally be receiving a worldwide release later this month on October 22, 2019.
